Pot cupboard Up-cycle.

This little pot cupboard started life as a small side table.

After removing the old top that had been put on at a jaunty angle we were inspired to make this petite cupboard. 
The top is make of solid Sweet Chestnut while the sides and door have been made of off cuts in our garden workshop. This has been sealed with Hardwax oil.

The body has been painted in a Duck Egg Blue paint as a contrast to the natural wood top and sealed with wax to finish.
Brass hinges and a vintage brass handle have been added to tone with the timber and paint.

This one of a kind cupboard wood look at home as a side table in a lounge, bedroom or as storage in your bathroom.
